Founder & CEO
Founder & CEO : Second generation Entrepreneur Mr.Pankaj Makwana, started Aum Transformers in 2004 after successfully establishing Aum Engineering works. Learnt his transformer fundamentals with Global Organisation -ABB post his electrical engineering. His burning desire to deliver quality product with quality customer support inspired him to start Aum Transformer with a philosophy that Customers Ecosystem Partners and Employees are ONE Family. As members of the ONE family, we must understand each other to work in harmony with one single objective of Growth, a growth which is built collectively, bringing inner peace and happiness.
Mr.Pankaj gets his business acumen from his father Mr.Sunil Makwana, a self made man in his early 70s. Mr.Sunil being the first generation entrepreneur, is a guiding force to Aum Transformers with a single aim to reach perfection. Today, also Mr.Sunil takes an active participation in employees well being, managing relationships with eco system partners. He spends his quality time to listen to customers new challenges.
“Our founder and Managing Director “Mr.Pankaj Makwana” founded this company in 2004. He is the second generation entrepreneur in business hierarchy of his family in engineering field. So, AUM has total 50+ years of accumulated entrepreneurial experience.
